For this special edition, Châteaux invites you to learn the craft of kombucha at The Marmalade Pantry (Downtown)!

Enjoy a Saturday morning in this lush indoor garden scape while you learn a new skill.

Whether you’re completely new or looking to deepen your knowledge, you’ll be guided through the full kombucha brewing process - from tea selection and fermentation fundamentals to flavouring your own bottle to take home.

    • A step-by-step walkthrough of the fermentation process

    • Hands-on brewing session using premium ingredients

    Join us for a time of brewing, tasting, dining and leave with your own kombucha, crafted by you.

      Workshop Policy 

      1. There is strictly no refund after the purchase has been made. You can opt to change to another workshop date by contacting us 1 week before your original workshop date. Change is only possible if there are available slots in the other workshop dates.
      2. In the event the workshop is cancelled by Châteaux due to insufficient attendees or other reasons, you can opt to attend the workshop on another date, use the amount as store credit, or request for a full refund. You will be informed 72 hours in advance should there be a cancellation of class.
